Commercial exhibition 4.000 €

• Space of 3x1,5 m
• Sponsor’s name inside final programme

• Possibility of two registration a lower cost
• Contract terms and booth plan are available at the section “commercial exhibition”

Worshop 3.500 €

• Scheduled time within the programme to make a worshop or show equipments
• Room to celebrate the workshop
• Information of the workshop within the final programme

Bags 3.200 €

• Each participant will receive a bag at the conference venue, containing the relevant scientific documentation. Sponsorship of the participant’s bag entitles the sponsor to:
• Have their logo printed on the bag (1 colour)
• Have their name included in the final programme
• Have their name included in the abstract book

Web advertising 2.500 €

• Insert the sponsor's logo on the web site
• Link the logo to the sponsor's web site

Lanyards and badges 1.600 €

• Sponsorship of lanyards and badges entitles the sponsor to:
• Have their logo printed on the lanyard (1 colour)

Documentation 1.000 €

• Leaflet insertion (1)
• A company has the option of inserting a leaflet inside the participant’s bag. Should a company wishes to insert more than one literature, there will be a 50% discount on the second one

Writing pads and pens 500 €

• It is possible for a company to provide the organizers their own writing pads and pens with the company logo or other.

Coffee-breaks 3.500 €

• Sponsors may choose whether they sponsor all or some of the coffee-breaks. The amount detailed is per break
• Have their logo displayed on the tables where coffee is served
• Have their name included in the final programme
• Have their name included in the abstract book

Mobile recharge service 1.600 €

• Participant’s will have a mobile recharge service located next to the conference room. The financing of this service will give the sponsor the right to:
• Locate a poster or banner in that area
• Have their logo printed in each of the cards handle to the participant who use the service

Symposium satélite 10.000 euros

Sponsors have the possibility of celebrating a symposium satelite of one hour time, either on saturday 22nd or sunday 23rd. Both of them will last one hour. Those sponsors who choose this option will have the right to:

• Use the main conference room from 19.00 to 20.00 hours
• Audiovisual means
• Table badges
• Technicians
• Auxiliar staff
• Logo and short company description inside final programme
• Logo inside abstract book
• Logo displayed onsite conference banner
• Banner display at the entrance of the conference room, during the celebration of the symposium
• Insert a card announcing the symposium in the participant's bag

The expenses related to the symposium speakers (travel, accommodation, etc...) will be on account of the sponsor.
