1. Abstracts must be submitted before March 31st 2010
2. The Committee will also responsible for acceptance and classification of the communications submitted.
3. Technical Secretariat will notify the authors scientific committee’s decision day on which their communication is scheduled to be presented.
4. All abstracts will be registered with an identification number which must be used for any question.
5. Presenter must be registered in the meeting.
6. Language: Papers and posters must be presented in English
1. Free communications may be submitted by full, or daily participants and can take the form of an oral or a poster presentation.
2. Authors: Initial followed by family name. Any author separated by a semicolon.
3. Title: In CAPITAL letters. Abbreviations should not be used in the title.
4. Avoid boldfacing, italics and underlining in the text. Use only standard abbreviations.
5. Contents: The abstract must have the following sections: objectives, methods, results and conclussions.
6. Maximum of 250 words.
7. Figures are not allowed.
8. Tables are only possible in a word file.
- Each speaker will have ten minutes for oral presentations.
- Power Point presentations should be ready on CD disks or on pen-drives and loaded in the session room at least one hour before the beginning of the session.
- Poster presenters have one side of a poster board, poster size: 120 x 80 cm (vertical position).
- Diagrams and text should be large enough to be read from a distance of at least one meter..
- Position title and authors at the top of the poster, as stated on the submitted abstract.
